In this respect, we are working with our partner Ultra System. Initially, the company focused on developing, researching and modifying cleaning materials for injection moulding machines, extrusion moulding machines, blow moulding machines and film blowing installations: in fact, the constant development of the chemical industry forced the company to systematically research and implement new solutions. Today, Ultra System is known worldwide as a manufacturer focused solely on the production of Ultra Plast cleaning materials. This product is particularly effective in industries such as packaging, the medical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, the automotive and electrical industries and the household goods industry.

Every day, tonnes of raw material are lost due to colour changes, material changes or contamination caused by black spots or sintering. By using Ultra Plast, waste production can be drastically reduced.

We can offer four different cleaning methods:
- The standard ULTRA PLAST® series, well known and effective for colour and material changes.
- -CS series with QUALIPURGE® SWISS technology. These new formulations guarantee faster and more effective colour and material changes, even when new polymers and pigments are used.
- SP and SP Plus combine chemical and mechanical cleaning for difficult cases. These versatile products can be used for a wide range of polymers and temperatures .
- ULTRA PLAST® LP liquid cleaners that give better results compared to existing ones on the market.
ULTRA PLAST which eliminates all problems when changing colour and/or material. As a result of extensive tests and experiments carried out by our technicians using laboratory testing instruments, this product is constantly being improved.
- This product is non-abrasive and works by triggering a chemical reaction. Thanks to its unique composition, coloured deposits, black spots, rust and any other impurities will be softened and removed from the equipment.
- The expanding and foam-forming component makes the process even more efficient, especially in the most difficult situations such as working on machines with degassing and plasticising accumulators.
- The Ultra Plast product cleans at the temperature at which the previous material was processed and does not require any holding time during the cleaning cycle.
