Project Description

HOVADUR® K250 - It is a dispersion-hardened copper alloy. The material in the hardened state shows a combination of high hardness and high thermal strength with good thermal conductivity. Application example: plastic mould inserts, which must have good strength in addition to good thermal conductivity. Thermally highly stressed components, components that are resistant to cracking due to overheating, cokeplates for non-ferrous metals, inserts for steel moulds where faster heat dissipation is required.
